In case Jeff Bezos’ $500 million superyacht and his $2.5 million engagement ring for his fiancée Lauren Sanchez didn’t leave you in awe, his $175 million Beverly Hills Megan Mansion surely will. The power couple is currently immersed in the process of renovating their dream home, nestled on a 10-acre property.

The Beverly Hills Mega Mansion will include a guest house, a gym, a pergola, and a separate security guard house, among others. 

As per DailyMail, the estate is now undergoing further enhancements, and among the planned additions are a new pool house, a powder room, and retaining walls. Even though the mansion already boasts an impressive 28,000 square feet, rumors suggest they are expanding it by an additional 1,000 square feet to create an expansive haven.

Judging from the snapshots shared by the media outlet, there is still a considerable amount of work to be done, as scaffolding, piles of dirt, and construction materials are scattered throughout the premises.

The outlet further reported that Bezos, 59, and Sánchez, 53, will be shacking up at the Malibu compound of the Kardashian family’s famed money manager, Lester Knispel until construction on their abode is complete. Allwownews had exclusively reported that the couple got engaged on the billionaire’s $500 million yacht while in the South of France for the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.

Bezos proposed a 20-carat ring, estimated to cost $2.5 million. Currently, the Amazon founder and his bride-to-be are spending the summer in Malibu so as to enjoy the gorgeous Pacific Ocean sunsets. As of now, there’s no news of when they are getting married, but of course, it wouldn’t be a shock if the planning has already begun in what could be a very lavish A-list affair.
