In a new lawsuit, former actress and Playboy model Victoria Valentino alleges that Bill Cosby drugged and s*xually assaulted her and another woman at his home in 1969. She sued him under a new California law that suspends the statute of limitations on s*x abuse claims. Victoria claims Cosby approached her at an L.A. café where he saw her crying over the passing of her 6-year-old son, who had drowned.

Victoria said Bill Cosby offered to pay for spa treatments for her and a friend and sent a chauffeured car to pick them up for dinner before giving them both a pill at a steakhouse.

The model, 80, continued that she passed out on a couch and woke up to see Cosby s*xually assaulting her friend, with the actor then engaging in forced s*xual intercourse with her when she was incapacitated from the drug. In 2022, Cosby faced allegations from six people in New York under a similar provision known as a lookback law, which permits adults to file s*xual abuse cases for allegations that had fallen outside the statute of limitations.

Reacting to the new allegation by Victoria, rapper 50 Cent claimed people making accusations against Cosby from over half a century ago are doing him dirty and that this particular lawsuit is “fucked up.”

Taking to Instagram, the Hip Hop mogul reacted to the news headline that says: “Former Playboy Model Accuses Bill Cosby Of Drugging And S*xually Assaulting Her In 1969.” 50 Cent wrote in the caption of his post, ‘They are just doing Bill dirty. Smh ain’t no way 54 years ago. Lmao this is just f**ked up Brody!” The rapper had previously defended Cosby in 2021 when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned his s*xual assault conviction and he was released from prison.
